Grass Fire

Brush 50, Brush 51 and Tender 50 responded to a grass fire east of Newton on State Road 218. The property owner had been burning sections of the stubble field earlier, and a small spot of stubble had rekindled. The property owner was on scene and controlled the fire. All units cleared shortly after arrival.
