Grass Fire

Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at 3:16 PM, Cache County.

Brush 50, Brush 51, Tender 50 (Newton), Brush 110 and Brush 111 (Mendon) responded to an address south of Cache Junction on State Road 23 for a report of a grass fire.

Arriving units found that a local farmer had created a line around the fire with a tractor and disc.  The remaining fire was extinguished with brush engines.

Vehicle Rollover

Squad 50, Engine 50 (Newton) and Ambulance 160 responded to a vehicle rollover on State Road 23 at 3200 North, Cache County.

The vehicle’s occupant was out of the vehicle on arrival.  EMS evaluated the patient and a medical release was signed, the patient was not transported.
